Liability Waiver Text : In no event will MEN ZONE BARBERSHOP's., or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to MEN ZONE BARBERSHOP's. under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. MEN ZONE BARBERSHOP's. shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Cancelation Policy : Your appointment is very important to MEN ZONE BARBERSHOP's., it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded if paid ONLINE.
Purchase Policy : By clicking "Place Order" you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. If the Barber you have chosen is unavailable due to sickness, injury, or emergency at the time of your scheduled/paid appointment, we will do our best to inform you/reschedule you with a different Barber or fully refund your payment, but ONLY if it has been paid online. Please keep in mind that barbers may experience occasional delays, causing them to be late to your booked appointment by approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
